Godfred Donsah’s agent “will meet Roma tomorrow and perhaps also Bologna” to discuss a January transfer.

The Bologna midfielder was linked with a move to the Stadio Olimpico worth between €8m and €10m by Il Messaggero newspaper today.

“We have been in contact with Roma, but nothing official,” agent Oliver Arthur told PagineRomaniste.

“I do not know of any formal offer from the Giallorossi. Right now I am in Germany, but tomorrow I’ll be in Italy to meet with Roma, who already spoke to my Italian associate.

“Tomorrow I will meet Roma and perhaps also Bologna. I haven’t spoken to Godfred over the last couple of days, but I think he’d be happy with the Roma option.”

The 20-year-old Ghanaian is also known to be of interest to Torino.

He joined Cagliari from Verona in 2014 and then on to Bologna on loan with option to buy a year later.

The Sardinians retain 25 per cent of a future sell-on fee.
