Ghanaian singer Nana Akua Amoah aka Mzbel has commented on the instrumentals music producer Kin Dee used for Fante rapper Kofi Kinaata’s “Confession”.

Beat for the “Confession” song believed to be the same as Mzbel’s “Otanfo” song released in January 2016 and features Kofi Kinaata sparked controversy after Zionfelix.net questioned if producer for both songs, Kin Dee “plagiarized” Mzbel’s beat for Kofi Kinaata.

Instrumentals for both songs sound almost the same but the major difference is the tempo. Whilst Confession’s beat per minute otherwise known as Bpm is 105, Mzbel’s Otanfo single is 108.

Mzbel reacting to the saga on her instagram page after listening to both songs believes Kin Dee used her beat for Kinaata’s hit single, “Confession”. She jokingly said plagiarism is permitted in the country so she has no problem with the producer’s act.

She added that Kofi Kinaata is her “boy” so “sharing they say is caring”.
