Healthy Jamba Juice Smoothie, You Should Try It

Ingredients

3/4 cups apple juice

3/4 cups strawberries

2/3 cups frozen blueberries

1 bananas (sliced)

1 scoop raspberry sherbet

1 scoop nonfat frozen yogurt (vanilla)

1 cup ice

1 1/2 cups fresh orange juice (fresh squeezed)

INSTRUCTIONS

Freeze all fruits, then blend them together. Add yogurt (frozen).

Pour Orange juice in a glass then serve. Enjoy!!
