He is currently working on\u00a0his\u00a05th and 6th Master\u2019s degree in software engineering at\u00a0Regis University and Information Systems at the Keller Graduate School of Management.<\/p>\n<p>2.\u00a0<strong>He\u00a0is the founder of a US-based University<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dr. Osato Osemwengie is the founder of the Open Robotics University; a tuition free engineering degree-granting university that allows people to further exercise their talents and expand their knowledge into all fields related to engineering.<\/p>\n<p>3.\u00a0<strong>His skill sets him apart from other\u00a0educational administrators<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dr. Osemwengie\u00a0was selected in 2008 to present\u00a0at the world robotics championships, having expertly coached robotics and served as software engineering mentor to robotics teams.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_170742\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-170742\" src=\"http:\/\/ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/osato-working-with-his-team-640x426.jpg\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 592px) 100vw, 592px\" srcset=\"\" alt=\"osato working with his team\" width=\"592\" height=\"393\" data-pfsrcset=\"https:\/\/venturesafrica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/osato-working-with-his-team-768x511.jpg 768w, https:\/\/venturesafrica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/osato-working-with-his-team-320x213.jpg 320w, http:\/\/ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/osato-working-with-his-team-640x426.jpg 640w\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">Dr Osato expertly coaching a team<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>4.\u00a0<strong>He has been recognized both at home and abroad.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Prior to his trip to the United States in 1982,\u00a0Dr. Osemwengie\u00a0served as an administrator of \u00a0the College of Education, Benin City and was recognized as their\u00a0<em>Educator of the Year<\/em>\u00a0for securing funding used to design and implement pre-service teacher education programs.<\/p>\n<p>He\u00a0served as the Administrator of the\u00a0Columbus City School System\u00a0from 1992 to 2011, where\u00a0he\u00a0coordinated staff and student recruitment.\u00a0He\u00a0also developed programs to increase staff and student retention.\u00a0He\u00a0also taught for five years (1987- 1992) in the aforementioned school district.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Dr. Osemwengie\u00a0was a facilitator for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation- sponsored Ohio Leadership for Integrating Technology Initiative (OLIT).<\/p>\n<p>It is true that the science is fast becoming an integral component in the battle of influences all over the world. Ventures Africa recently reported how Nigeria is adopting the\u00a0drone war\u00a0approach\u00a0against terrorists.
