Nastya\u2019s Uzbek national nanny Gyulchehra Bobokulova, 39, is understood to be the arrested woman.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"inlineImage  orientationportrait&#10;                                 inlineImage2715098\">\n<div class=\"imageWrapper\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"inlineImageImage\" src=\"http:\/\/img.thesun.co.uk\/aidemitlum\/archive\/02715\/HEAD_2715098a.jpg\" alt=\"HEAD\"\/><\/div><figcaption class=\"imageDetails\"\/>\n<\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Gruesome video footage appears to show the woman, dressed in a burqa, walking outside an underground station holding a child\u2019s head in her hand<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Local reports claim the woman was shouting Allahu Akbar (Arabic for \u201cGod is Great\u201d) during the horror incident this morning.<\/p>\n<p>At one point in the video she is seen raising the blood-covered head in the air while holding her index finger aloft in an apparent show of Islamic devotion.<\/p>\n<p>After apparently pulling the severed head out of a plastic bag, the woman is said to have started shouting religious slogans.<\/p>\n<p class=\"imageHolder\">The woman is understood to have been on her knees praying before police swooped and made the arrest.<\/p>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p><!-- Easy Plugin for AdSense V8.60 --><\/p>\n<p>Before the woman was arrested she is said to have been heard shouting \u201cMy child was killed\u2026I will blow up everyone\u2026I hate democracy.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>No explosives were found on her.<\/p>\n<p>The victim, four-year-old Nastya M, is said to have had learning difficulties and could not walk.<\/p>\n<p>Her mother, who works nearby in a wedding shop is said to have collapsed upon hearing the news and remains unconscious in hospital.<\/p>\n<p>The incident came just hours after Moscow police found the headless body of a child at a block of flats in the city.<\/p>\n<p>They attended the apartment complex after being called to reports of a fire.<\/p>\n<p>Investigators claim the babysitter waited until the parents of an older child had left the apartment before carrying out the murder and starting a fire.<\/p>\n<p>The parents told police the nanny had been working for them for 18 months and a source told Interfax that she was \u2018drugged\u2019.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>-thesun<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><!-- Easy Plugin for AdSense V8.60 --><br \/>\n<!-- [leadout: 2 urCount: 2 urMax: 0] --><\/p>\n<p><!-- Easy Plugin for AdSense V8.60 -->\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n<p>[ad_2]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[ad_1] A BURQA-clad babysitter has been arrested after beheading a disabled little girl in her care and wandering the streets holding the severed head.
