So i had a plate of fried plantains and eggs for breakfast, and i could feel the oil in my mouth from the plantain and the eggs, and i felt i was violating my diet and was having the most unhealthy meal, so i did a little research to get the nutritional value of fried plantains and eggs, and to my surprise its really healthy, to reduce quantity of calories you can fry them with olive oil.
