Diamond Appiah has launched a campaign for the arrest of popular fetish priestess Nana Agradaa over her alleged fraudulent activities.

“Dear Ghana Police service, it is your duty to protect us from criminals like these; so why is she still walking about free instead of being in Jail . #Stop this Menace #Arrest Nana Agradaa Now #She is not above the Law”, the controversial showbiz personality and UPP’s parliamentary candidate for Trobu constituency fumed on Instagram.

In a cautionary message on her social media page, the actress told fans and the general public to be on guard so that they don’t fall prey to such fraudulent schemes.

“I want everyone to share [this] post for the entire Nation to know that Nana Agradaa is a ‘scammer’ who operates under the pretense of a fetish priestess to dupe people.”

She expressed worry over how Sowutuom Police has been acting on complaints lodged against this fetish priestess.

“When they report her to the Police in her jurisdiction, the police even mock the complainant and (sic) don’t take her on because (sic) she has allegedly been ‘bribing’ some of the officers at the station to cover her fraudulent activities and make cases against her a “foolish case”; and this has been going on for a some years now”.

To back her campaign with facts, she narrated how a man named Kwaku Antwi was allegedly duped in June 1, 2015 by Nana Agradaa.

“On 1st June, 2015 she collected an amount of GHc7,750 promising to double the amount for him. An amount he was planning to pay off a loan. When the money didn’t double as promised, the gentleman confronted her but she denied taking any money from him. So he went to the Sowutuom police station to report the incident, only to be mocked by some of the police men on duty and did nothing about it till date”.

Patricia Asieduaa, popularly known as Nana Agradaa, a fetish priestess based at Sowutuom whose ‘shrine’ is directly opposite the Catholic Church Seminary is known for allegedly conning people by making them believe that she could double cash which has always turned out to be false.
