Versatile Ghanaian hip-life singer, Okyeame Kwame has revealed he will be dropping a new single “It is okay” featuring Nero X in the coming days. Also confirming the album rumors on the same platform, the rap doctor confirmed his new album “Made in Ghana” is slated for release in December.

The versatile singer who did not reveal any names confirmed he was in the studio with an international artist until 5am this morning.

In a conversation with This Morning hosts, Patrice and Kokui, the songwriter tagged this latest single an “inspirational hi-life” song.

According to the musician, It is okay is a song “People will listen to and hope again because they want to be inspired. They want the economic hardship and international turmoil to be better. People listen to music and they dance, but they also want music that will tell them that, yes! It will be alright, to calm their souls.”

“Basically just like this Aseda Remix, that’s what it seeks to do,’’ he added

The philanthropist, earlier this year stated emphatically that he will never do a campaign song for any political party but understands and sees no harm in artists, celebrities or public figures composing songs or endorsing them.
