Singer and 2009 winner of talent hunt Stars of the Future, YaaYaa (privately known as Bertha Bridget Kamkam) has released her latest single, Koryor.
Sung entirely in Ga, Koryor, which translates as air, is a soulful piece on the persuit of bliss and escape, and is held up by expert indigenous instrumentation. It is also soundtrack for Leila Djansi’s Like Cotton Twines which will be premiered in Ghana in December.
