Citi FM on Sunday honoured the Chief Executive Officer of Strategic Communications Africa (Stratcomm Africa), Ms. Esther A.N. Cobbah for the motherly and mentoring roles she has played in Ghana and the world at large.
The communication expert was honoured at an event organized by Citi FM to commemorate the annual Mother’s Day celebration.

Speaking after receiving the meritorious award, Esther Cobbah thanked Citi FM for the honours done award.
She also used the opportunity to eulogize her mother saying who she described as her mentor and ascribed her successes to the principles her mum taught her.
“…My mother taught me how to make all these things. She helped me to read and write. She was my teacher and my mentor. She would make sure that we were up by 5am on Saturdays to go to Secondi Methodist church to go and pray to learn about the source of our being. She packed all these into eleven years of my life until her demise,” she added.
The event dubbed ‘Mothers’ Day Treat’ gave mothers the opportunity to wine and dine with their families and also benefit from hampers and gifts from Nasco electronics, Nestle Ghana, Vitabiotics, among others.
Some of the patrons used the opportunity to appreciate their mothers by performing in a karaoke session.
