Ghanaian actress Kisa Gbekle has described as comfortable, her working experience in Nigeria’s Nollywood movie industry.
The cute actress crossed carpet to Nollywood early 2015 and has since joined revered names such as Yvonne Nelson, Jackie Appiah, Nadia Buari, Majid Michel, John Dumelo, Van Vicker and Prince David Osei among other Ghanaian actors who have all been acting in Nigerian movies.
She told NEWS-ONE on Monday that working in Nollywood is as cool as working in other movie industries around the world.
“Working in Nigeria is normal. It is just like working in any other movie industry. They like to give new faces a chance, so I guess that’s how they got me,” she added.
Kisa is currently described as a resilient and talented young Ghanaian actress and singer.
She hails from the Volta Region of Ghana and is a product of Ghallywood Academy. The affable actress started becoming popular after making an appearance in the TV series, The Miser, and her enviable movie credits include Accra Runs, Accra Hustlers, Stand By Me, 8PM and others.
She is currently in Nigeria where she is working.
Kisa turned 24 last month and celebrated the day by donating to the Children’s Ward of the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital before she left for Nigeria.
