Deputy skipper of Ghanaian Premier League giants, Accra Hearts of Oak, Joseph Owusu Bempah has revealed his side are very much prepared and ready for the 2015/16 top flight season which is scheduled for February 21.
According to the 22-year old right back, the Phobians have steadily progressed and are well prepared for the start of the league.
Speaking to reporters at the club’s training grounds, Bempah says although fans of the club are skeptical about the Accra based club readiness,he and his colleagues are aware of their capabilities and the task ahead of them.
He further revealed that the players are taking a cautious approach in their training so as not to record any injuries in the build up to the season.
Owusu Bempah however was quick to admit that because Hearts of Oak had a bad season last term the 2015/16 season will come with its own challenges.
Hearts of will kick start their campaign with a home fixture against New Edubiasi United on Sunday February 21 at the Accra Sports Stadium.
