Sekondi Hasaacas new signing Eric Bekoe scored a trademark goal to open his goal scoring account with the giants of the west in their 3-0 win over lower division side Unicorn FC.
Bekoe opened the scoring by connecting very well with Samuel Afful’s tailor-measured pass with just six minutes into the second half of the game.
Samuel Afful and Kojo Poku capped the side’s performance by fetching the second and third goals respectively for the Hasmal Boys.
Bekoe, whose performance was lauded by the fans during the game was left in the lurch when Hearts of Oak failed to register him for the season on the basis that he had ever played for rivals Asante Kotoko.
The talented forward who lasted the entire duration of the game proved his doubters wrong with his splendid performance as many had tagged him as an injured player.
Hasaacas who have just began their pre-season matches recorded the massive win to announce their readiness for the season as they line up other matches over the weekend.
