Former Ghana youth international Amidu Salifu has promised to help Brescia achieve their objective of securing promotion to the Serie A.
Salifu has joined the Serie B side on loan from Fiorentina for the rest of the season.
He spent the first half of the season on loan at Perugia but injuries hampered his progress at the club.
Salifu concluded his move on transfer deadline day
He told Bresciaingol .com: “I never expected to come here, but when my agent called me and proposed to me I was happy. It is an important team, they are doing well and I hope to give my contribution.
“Perugia was a very good start, but then the injury caused me some problems, but now everything is behind us. Lately I have been training regularly and even last week I played.
“I found a great group and in the next few days I will be able to deepen their knowledge with their colleagues and the coach.”
