Chief Executive Officer of Aduana Stars Albert Commey has predicted a competitive season ahead of the kickoff of the 2015/16 Premier League.

Champions AshantiGold were declared winners of last season’s league with two games to spare after leading the league table right from match day 3 to the last league game.

‘’The season will be competitive than last season’s league. I watched Dreams FC in a friendly match at Accra, and they were very good. This should tell you that all the teams are preparing well ahead of the start of the season, and that is good for our game,’’ he told Fox FM.

Ahead of the upcoming season, all16 Premier League clubs have augmented their sides as some clubs aim is to win the league title.

Many clubs have improved their squads ahead of the season with great indication of winning the ultimate.

Dethroned league champions Asante Kotoko and holders AshantiGold have shown promise of winning the league in the pre-season while Medeama SC and Accra Hearts of Oak have given indications of being contenders.
