Inter Allies chief Eric Delali Senaye is thrilled with the imminent start of the Ghanaian top-flight league.
The 2015/16 season finally kick starts on February 20 after four months of delay.
The delay of the domestic top-flight has been largely criticized, with the Ghana FA coming under mounting pressure.
Clubs have complained about the huge financial burden crippling their teams, but Inter Allies Chief Executive Eric Delali Senaye is excited about the start of the new season.
“It’s very refreshing because at least we get to plan towards the kick-off because we now have a date,” he told goal
“We have to reschedule our activities so as to be in top shape for the commencement.
“We need six weeks for pre-season. We recalled the boys from holidays just after Christmas. From that time until kick-off is more than six weeks. So it’s within time.”
