MTN Ghana, the leading voice and data service provider in Ghana, has ended the first phase of its ‘MTN Supa Dash’ promotion.
The ‘MTN Supa Dash’ promotion was launched in May 2015 to allow MTN customers to win sleek smartphones like Nokia and Samsung after meeting a usage target over a period.
MTN Ghana has fulfilled its promise of rewarding subscribers who successfully met all requirements for the promotion.
Presenting the smartphones to the winners, the Acting Chief Marketing Officer of MTN Ghana, Noel Kojo Ganson said, “We initiated the Supa Dash promo to give our customers opportunities to enjoy the full benefits of our excellent data and internet services.”
He added that “some customers took the challenge by subscribing to the promo, and today we are proudly rewarding over 1,200 subscribers with smartphones to enable them experience the bold new digital world.”
Timothy Sarpong, 60-year-old farmer from Kwahu-Pepease in the Eastern Region, could not hide his joy after he received his prize.
The elated farmer stated that “I am privileged to have participated in this promo. This is a very good Christmas present. The promo was clean, very nice and so simple. MTN should do it again.”
As part of its vision to lead the delivery of a bold new digital world, MTN has identified several initiatives to encourage customers to use data and internet services to realize the full benefits of digitization.
The second phase of the ‘MTN Supa Dash’ promo will be launched early this year.
