Veteran actor Solomon Sampah has passed away aged 70.
The actor, a native of James town, died on Friday around 8pm after he was rushed to the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital following a short illness.
His body has been deposited at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital mortuary.
Solomon Sampah starred in a host of films but was most famed for the iconic Original Hacks ad in the late 90s.
He is survived by a wife and eight children.
