The player returned to the country after a short spell with Laos side SHB Champasak.
Manu joined the division one side to revive his career having stayed on the low for some time.
The tall lanky striker could be featuring in the Ghana Premier League should Techiman City be cleared of charges leveled against them and allowed to play in the domestic top-flight next season having topped Zone II of the National division one League last season.
The attacker joined Kotoko from BA United in 2008 and lasted for two seasons before joining New Edubiase.
He will be hoping to use Techiman City to land himself another opportunity abroad.
