Ghana midfielder Sulley Ali Muntari is on the brink of leaving Saudi side Al Ittihad for Chinese Super League side Beijing Gouan, GHANASoccernet.com understands.
According to a publication by el kora, the Jeddah-based side have lined up Iran international Seif Suleiman as a replacement for the former AC Milan man.
Despite being regular fixture in Al Ittihad set up since joining them in the summer, there are reports he is unsettled in Saudi.
If a deal is reached, Muntari could join international teammate Asamoah Gyan who is in the books of Chinese side Shanghai SIPG.
Muntari has made 12 appearances for AI Ittihad who lie third on the league table.
