Dreaded traditional priest, Nana Kwaku Bonsam, has paid a glowing tribute to the memory of Isaac Yeboah, the late manager of highlife musician, Abrantie Amakye Dede.

“Isaac Yeboah was the first person to send me to the beach. If not for him, I would not have been to the beach before and I would always remember him anytime I see the sea.

“His paper, P&P, wrote some things about me several years ago and I got angry but he came to me and introduced himself as the Editor and we became very good friends. He was a very humble and truthful person and I do not know why this happened but God knows best. Isaac’s departure is painful”, Bonsam told NEWS-ONE and even shared some of the photos he took with Isaac at the La Pleasure Beach.

.

Bonsam continued: “Isaac even invited me to go to the Amakye Dede show but because I had a show with OXY FM on that same date, I told him I can’t make it. But as I said, God knows best and we pray he rests in peace.”

Isaac died in a motor accident a few minutes after 1 am on Saturday, January 2 at the Paradise Resort at Nsutam on the Accra -Kumasi road where Amakye and his band had gone to perform at the ‘Paradise Xmas Festa With The Stars’.

The deceased is survived by two children and a wife. He was Editor of the P&P newspaper and a regular panel member of Peace Fm’s Entertainment Review show.
