Swansea City star Andre Ayew will compete with fellow Black Stars teammates, Baba Rahman, Rabiu Mohammed and Mubarak Wakaso for the 2015 Ghana Muslim Achievers.
The award which is organized by Sukra Concepts is aimed at rewarding outstanding Ghanaian Muslims in the year under review to encourage others to aim high.
After controversially losing the African Footballer of the Year Award to Gabonese striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Andre looks set for the Sports Personality of the year at the Ghana Muslims Achievers Awards.
The Ghana Muslims Achievers award is slated for the 29th of January at the National Theatre.
Organizers of the event Sukra Concepts disclosed that there are other categories but the sports personality award is among the top categories highly contended.
