Ghana midfielder Yussif Chibsah is on the verge of signing for Ljungskile SK, according to multiple reports in Sweden.
The 32-year-old is a free agent after completing his short-term contract with Gais.
Chibsah’s contract at Gais was not renewed as he battled with injuries most of his time at the club.
Reports now claim the former Asante Kotoko captain is close to joining the Swedish second tier club.
This could be the last throw of the dice in the professional career of Chibsah who excelled during his time in the local league and was expected to move on to play for bigger European clubs.
