SuperSport TV has planned to increase the number of live matches per week for the new Ghana Premier League season.
This was revealed at the recently held Ghana FA media and marketing seminar for clubs in the Premier
“We plan to increase coverage to 5 matches every weekend. One on Friday and two on Saturdays and Sundays. We will have a discussion with the Premier League Board on the modalities,” SuperSport Chief Producer for West Africa Siboniso Ngubane said.
“SuperSport is totally committed in promoting Ghana and as such we have made showing of match highlights free to the local T.V.”
SuperSport signed a three-year deal with the Ghana Football Association on September 20, 2013, to produce and broadcast the Ghana Premier League and FA Cup.
