Accra, Feb. 16, GNA – Asante Kotoko has parted with coach Mas-ud Didi Dramai after two seasons at the helm.
Dramani has been asked to proceed on his accumulated leave effective Tuesday, February 17, following a turbulent start to the Premier League.
Kotoko, according to information available to GNA Sports have no plans of welcoming back Dramani whose contract expires in August.
A communiquรยฉ to the coach signed by Action Board Secretary of the club, Ishmael Boachie, chanced upon by GNA Sports said ‘I have being directed by the Board of Asante Kotoko Sporting Club to request you to take your accumulated leave and current contract leave with effect from Tuesday February 17.
‘As you are very much aware, you are entitled to a 120 days vacation (one hundred and twenty), covering the period August 1, 2012 to July 2015. ย Kindly leave your contact address with the General Manager’.
The coach, who won the Premier League with Kotoko at first attempt in the 2012/13 season, replicated the feat a season on alongside the MTN FA Cup.
Dramani has lived under pressure in recent times following an unimpressive start to the Premier League with the Reds amassing eight points from a possible 21. GNA
