John Boye is joint top scoring defender in the Turkish Super Lig with four goals after 17 rounds of matches.
The Ghana international, who plays for struggling side Sivasspor, last scored two weeks ago in the 1-0 win over Genclerbirligi.
Istanbul’s Yalcin Ayhan has also scored four goals.
