Hearts of Oak coach Kenichi Yatsuhashi spent the Christmas festivities at an unknown village in Ghana.

The Japanese trainer seems to be enjoying life in the West African country after raving about its rich culture.

Appointed almost three months ago, the former BMCC coach has already taken to life in Ghana despite the prevalence of relatively harsher conditions to that in the USA.

Yastuhashi refused to travel back to his native Japan for the brief Christmas and New Year festivities as many professionals would – choosing rather to spend time at an unknown village.

Pressure on the Japanese coach seems to be easing after failing to secure his first win in all the pre-season matches he has played so far.

After losing 4-1 to WAFA, Hearts under Yatsuhashi suffered to loses in their double friendly against Libyan club Al Ahli in Tripoli.
