Ghana Premier League side Inter Allies have announced the signing of two strikers. The duo, Prince Barrie and Michael Touray, signed a three-year deal each after catching the eye of the club’s scouting team.

“The club is delighted to announce the signing of Sierra Leone forward Prince Barrie and Gambian striker Michael Touray,” Allies said in a statement.

“Touray joins us from Gambian top-flight side Real De Banjul while Barrie spent last season with FC Kallon in Sierra Leone,” the statement added.

Chief executive officer of Allies, Delali Eric Senaye, has lauded the qualities of the two players, adding that they will strengthen the club’s striking options.

“These two players are great signings for the club and they will enforce the goal-scoring ability of the team.”

Allies finished sixth last season after amassing 42 points but have parted ways with head coach Paa Kwesi Fabien on mutual consent and have recalled former coach Herbert Addo.

The Accra-based team earlier announced three new additions, including goalkeeper Kwame Baah and midfielders Isaac Twum and Romeo Agban.

Goal understands that the 2015-16 season which has been delayed due to legal tussles among some clubs has been proposed by the Premier League Board to start on January 27, 2016.
