Ernst Middendorp could be next coach of Ghanaian duo John Pantsil and Mohammed Anas at Maritzburg United

Ernst Middendorp could be the next coach of Ghanaian duo John Pantsil and Mohammed Anas at South African Premier Soccer League side Maritzburg United.

The German is available on the job market after quitting his post as Free State Stars coach this week.

According to reports in South Africa, Middendorp expected to be unveiled as their head coach for the third time in the coming weeks.

The German first joined Maritzburg in 2009 spending two years at the club before joining Golden Arrows in 2011.

However he didn’t last very long in Durban and was back with the Team of Choice the following year.

Middendorp been head coach of Bloemfontein Celtic, Chippa United and Stars since 2013.
