Kwadwo Asamoah remained an unused substitute in Juventus’ 3-2 win over Carpi on Sunday afternoon.
The Ghana midfielder was passed fit by manager Massimiliano Allegri to start playing games for the Italians giants after recovering from his recent injury setback.
Asamoah has hardly played for Juventus this season, owing this to a series of muscle problems.
But the former Udinese man was considered fit enough not only to travel with the side but also to be named on the substitute bench.
Asamoah was however not called upon at no time in the game as Juventus recorded a 3-2 win to finish 2015 with seven wins on the bounce.
The Juventus team will now dissembled for the brief winter break and will reconvene in the new year for the second half of the season.
