Ghana midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah has been included in Juventus’ 23-man squad for their Serie-A game at Carpi on Sunday.

The 27-year-old has proved his fitness throughout the week where he trained fully with the first team without any complications.

Asamoah has endured a torrid spell on the sidelines with injury but appears to have put his worst moments in his professional career behind him now and is ready to play for Juventus again.

Manager Massimiliano Allegri is convinced by the improved fitness of the Ghanaian and has decided to include him into his squad that will depart Turin on Saturday afternoon ahead of Sunday’s clash.

Juventus will be looking to end 2015 with a win over Carpi which could see the side break into the top four.
