Administrative Manager of Hearts of Oak, Hackman Aidoo has promised a different Hearts of Oak when the season starts adding they will use the G-6 tourney as a preparatory ground.

For the past six seasons the trophy cabinet of the Accra giants has been empty as they are yet to win any major silverware.

The Phobians slipped through the claws of relegation as they winked off with only two goals.

Fans of the Oak family vented their spleen on the Board and management of the club but the Administrative Manager of the club insists the club will appear new to the fans come next season.

Speaking at the launch of the G6 Tournament in Takoradi, Hackman Aidoo said the club will be using the tourney as a dress rehearsal for the 2015/16 Premier League.

“I’m grateful to the Organizers (GHALCA) for making it possible for this competition to take place. I believe that this year we are going to witness something different.”

“I know many people have lost confidence in Hearts of Oak but right from the G-6 everybody is going to see new Hearts of Oak and for the coming season,” Aidoo noted.

The Phobians finished 13th on the league log last season and will be looking forward to better their performance in the upcoming season.
