Udinese manager Stefano Colantuono has welcome Ghana international midfielder Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu back into his regular squad following his recovery from injury.
The 25-year-old missed the Little Zebras’ 4-0 home loss against Inter Milan in the Serie A during the weekend but has recovered in time for their Coppa Italia clash with Lazio in Roma.
Badu suffered a thigh injury a week ago at Udinese training and failed to recover for the weekend game but his recovery has come as a good news manager Colantuono who has included him in his squad.
Udinese must beat out-of-form Lazio in Roma on Thursday evening if they are to progress to the next round of the Coppa Italian competition.
Badu’s Udinese has not won against Lazio since pipping them 1-0 in Rome in September 2014.
