Ghana striker Emmanuel Banahene says he is unaware of interest from Egyptian giants Zamalek.
The 27-year-old, who has been a hit since joining Ismaily in January last year, is wanted by the White Castles according local media reports.
“No, I do not know anything about the negotiations with Zamalek. I do not have any offers at the moment and I do not want to talk about leaving Ismaily,” the former Inter Allies player said.
Banahene scored a brace on Tuesday night as Ismaily beat promoted Ghazl El-Mahalla 3-1 to record their third straight win.
Ismaily are third on the league table with 13 points from six matches; five points behind leaders Misr Lel Makasa who have played two games more.
