ABU DHABI/LAUSANNE, December 10, 2015 – After a six-month journey around the world to some of the world’s biggest sporting events and over 800 people registering to take part, the final three finalists have now been chosen by our Judging Panel led by AIPS President, Gianni Merlo and consisting of 11 international sport media professionals as well as Sport Media Pearl Awards ambassador, Yao Ming.

Our three finalists will now attend the glittering Sport Media Pearl Awards ceremony in Abu Dhabi on December 15th where the Pearl trophy will be awarded to the overall winner of each category as well as a cash prizes of USD10,000 for 1st place and USD5,000 for 2nd and 3rd place winners.
