Ghana international Sulley Muntari was in fine shape for Al Ittihad as he helped them to a decent 5-0 win over Hajer in the Saudi Pro League on Thursday evening.
The 31-year-old started the game at the Prince Abdullah al-Faisal Stadium and made impactful contributions as Ittihad claimed a decent victory.
Muntari was however replaced in the 68th minute by Saudi defender Majed Al Khaibary.
The former AC Milan star contributed to Ittihad’s second goal of the evening.
The win has put Ittihad third on the table and just four points behind leaders Al Hilal who have amassed 24 points.
