Ebusua Dwarfs chief Nana Aidoo has ordered for the immediate suspension of the side’s pre-season activities due to the uncertain start of the Ghana Premier League.
Dwarfs who have secured a return to the Ghanaian top flight after winning their zone in the second tier league have commenced training weeks ago in anticipation of the start of the Ghanaian top flight at the tentative date of December 20.
But with legal challenges raised over the qualification of Dreams FC and Techiman City FC, this tentative start date for the league is highly unlikely.
And the Dwarfs chief feels the uncertain start of the league is draining scarce resources into indefinite pre-season activities and have thus called for its suspension.
“Since we don’t know the start of the league, we are unable to plan our pre-season activities.”
