The Black Stars of Ghana have declined three places down to 33 in the World and still third in Africa in the latest official FIFA rankings for December 2015.
Avram Grant’s charges have slowly moved down the latest FIFA rankings despite between their recent 1-0 and 2-0 wins over Comoros in their 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifying double header last month.
The Black Stars have been on a steady decline since the October, dropping down the rankings from 28 to 30 and now 33.
Ivory Coast are the highest ranked African team in 19 position, with Algeria the next highest in 28.
Roy Hodgson’s England remain ninth in the world rankings, while Wales have dropped two places to 17th.
Belgium, Argentina and Spain make up the top three, with world champions Germany slipping to fourth.
