Kevin Prince Boateng has rejected claims that he is on the verge of signing for club Monaco.
The Ghana international landed in Monaco on Thursday morning, fueling speculation in various media sections that he is set to join the French club.
However, the 28-year-old has insisted that he is only in France to meet his representatives and not for transfer reasons to the Ligue 1 outfit.
Boateng is available on a free transfer after parting ways with the German Bundesliga side before the end of the season.
He is nearing a sensational move to Saudi Arabian club Al Ittihad after passing a medical, according to reports.
