Ghanaian hip-life musician, Michael Kwabena Okyere Darko, known in entertainment circles as Obrafour, has cautioned Ghanaians not compare his beef with former hip-life artist, Lord Kenya, to that of the one between Dancehall artist, Shatta Wale and Samini.
Speaking on Citi FM in Accra, Obrafour said he believes that the beef between Shatta Wale and Samini is more personal.
“No one should compare my beef with Lord Kenya to that of Shatta Wale and Samini, ours was for business purposes; our sales shot up, the desire for our albums were very high, but for them, they insult their parents; 0their own is more of personal, their fans would insult fans, theirs is just unhealthy,” he said.
Talking about legendary producer, Hammer; Obrafour described him as one who is overly blessed.
According to him, Hammer is the only producer in Ghana who has, over the years, foreseen people as being stars years before they become stars.
“Hammer is the only person that can foresee someone as being a star years before the person would become a star. He is just overly blessed and I think he is just from a different planet,” he said.
Obrafour further revealed that he is getting ready for his 7th Album titled; “Obrafoforo” which already has some hitting tunes like Nkontompo, Pimpinaa ft. Bisa Kdei, Twe Mame ft. Lousika, Odasani ft. M.anifest.
