After working with the likes of Sarkodie, Castro, Keche and Kwabena Kwabena, hiplife artiste, Kweku Adzika aka SayVee is confident of making it with his latest song, Wei Soh.
According to him, Wei Soh, a Ga jubilation phrase is what Satan will shout out as he laughs at Christians when they fall in times of trials.
This is because Satan seeks such opportunities to mock God’s children. On Wei Soh, SayVee wants Christians especially to be faithful to God by worshipping Him truthfully.
He explains on the song, recorded by Willis Beat, that serving God is not just by going to church but doing the right things God requires from us.
He advised the youth to wait upon the Lord and desist from seeking spiritual powers elsewhere. He says in the song that short cuts which are Satan’s ways are always dangerous.
Speaking to Showbiz in an interview last Friday, SayVee said the reason why he delayed in releasing a new song was because he wanted to study the trend of the Ghanaian music and come out with a real banger.
Although a hiplife song, SayVee says the words which are biblical in nature make his song stand out.
SayVee joined the Last Two music group in 2004. He was a member of the defunt Blacksmith group which featured on music producer, Hammer’s Lost Files Compilation.
Other songs he has to his credit are Fantefo Na Brofoa and 1 Ghana and Today Be Today.
He has plans of featuring Mugees of R2bees and Ruff and Smooth on his album scheduled for realease by the end of the year.
