The Black Queens of Ghana yesterday July 18, 2015 held up the lioness of Cameroon to a 1-1 draw in the first-leg of their 2016 Olympic Games qualifier in Yaounde, Cameroon.
The match which was deemed to be one of the toughest matches went in favour of the Black Queens of Ghana.
With an impressive performance, Mercy Myles gave the Black Queens the lead in the first half of the tough match.
However Christine Manie offered her side a glimmer of hope ahead of the second-leg in Accra when she drew her side level with a strike.
The Lioness of Cameroon are expected to return to Accra, Ghana in 2weeks time for the return match of the 2016 Olympic Games Qualifier.
