The 2013 Ghana Under-20 World Cup star, Seidu Salifu looks set for a surprise Bundesliga move.

The defensive midfielder has become a subject of interest for Hamburg SV and has per supersport.com checks arrived in Germany for talks over a possible transfer this summer.

Salifu was transferred by Ghana top flight side Wa All Stars to Tunisian giants Club Africain after excelling with the bronze winning Black Satellites team at the U-20 World Cup.

The 21-year-old has since grown to become an influential figure for Africain for the past two seasons. His strong performances played a crucial impact in Club Africain’s Tunisian League title triumph this past season.

Salifu who can also fit in well at right-back, earned his debut Ghana call from coach Avram Grant for the Black Stars’ double friendlies against Senegal and Mali in March but failed to gain match time.
