The current position of Accra Hearts of Oak on the First Capital Plus League table has been the genesis of worry for many Phobians, including some of the players and Gilbert Fiamenyo is not an exception.

According to the player, the position of the club is not only a source of worry to him, but also makes him feel shy and always stays indoors as a result because the people of his residential area always ask him questions about the current status of the team.

Speaking to Sportscrusader.com, Gilbert Fiamenyo said, “The current position of the club is very bad. We don’t deserve that position. As am talking to you, I can’t come out in my area because anyone who sees me wants to know what is wrong with the team and I can’t keep on telling them it is hard luck”.

“We know we have problems but we as the players must do our best to lift the club because some of us feel too shy of the current position of the club”, he added.

Accra Hearts of Oak is currently 13th on the 16-team league table with 26 points from 6 wins, 7 loses and 8 draws, having scored 22 goals and conceded 24.
