Spanish outfit Valencia have tabled €9 million offer to sign sought-after Ghana midfielder Bernard Mensah, according to reports in the local media.
The 20-year-old, who plays for Portuguese side Vitória Guimarães, has been linked with a move away from the club after fabulous campaign last term.
The youngster, who is believed to be in the books of English giants Manchester United has been on the radar of Valencia.
Reports are emerging that the Spanish side have submitted a €9 million bid to sign the highly-rated midfielder.
Despite the numerous suitors, Valencia appear to be the most serious contender by making the offer to the Portuguese outfit.
Coach Espírito Santo is believed to be a key admirer of the talented Ghana international and has made him his number one transfer priority and keen to bring him to the Mestalla.
He scored five goals in 30 games for Vitória Guimarães last season.
