A section of Accra Hearts of Oak Supporters have put into question the commitment of their head coach Herbert Addo, accusing him of spending too much time staking lotto.
Hearts succumbed to a 1-2 home defeat to Sekondi Hasaacas on Sunday, which left them languishing in 12th position on the Premier League table.
Supporters were left frustrated by the result, and openly aired their views on the current happenings at the club on Monday morning.
“We always see Herbert Addo holding a pen and looking though papers but as opposed to our initial thought that he was seeking new formations and tactics to avert the team’s poor form, he was rather working lotto plans,” one fan said to Happy FM.
However, a management member of the club, Joe Addo has responded to this allegation denying the supporters claims and calling on them to be patient with the coach.
Hearts will play Aduana Stars at Dormaa on July 19 hoping to return to winning ways, amid the current turmoil.
