Transfer Update: Liverpool interested in Jordan; Radamel Falcao signs for Chelsea

Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers is readying a transfer bid for Ghanaian forward Jordan Ayew.

The Reds were impressed by the 13 goals scored by the 23-year-old at FC Lorient during his first season after transferring from Olympique Marseille.

The Daily Mail reports up to six Premier League sides have shown interest in signing the Black Stars player after his senior brother Andre Ayew completed a move to Swansea City.

Paul Pogba has however set his eyes on playing for Spanish treble winners Barcelona with Real Madrid also reported interested.

Carlos Bacca of Sevilla is set to ignore interest from Premier League sides Manchester United and Arsenal as he prefers a move to Italian side Roma according to the Daily Mail.

Lukas Podolski could end up at Everton after spending the second part of last season on loan at Inter Milan from Arsenal.
