Accra, June 15, GNA – The Ghana Olympic Committee (GOC), would organize a ten-day technical course for Taekwondo coaches at the Wam Taekwondo Academy Hall in Tema.
As part of its commitment to supporting coach education and development in Ghana, the GOC working through the Olympic Solidarity is organizing a Technical Course for Taekwondo Coaches to boost the development of the sport.
The event which spans June 15-24 is expected to draw participation from 20 coaches in nine regions.
The coaches are expected to use the knowledge gained from the course to help develop the sport at the grassroots level.
GOC will also be organizing technical courses for Volleyball and Badminton coaches later in the year.
The GOC has organised over ten training programmes for coaches and administrators between 2012 and 2014.
