Veteran Ghanaian Coach J.E Sarpong is blaming players of the Black Satellites for their 3-0 loss to Mali which ended the nations hopes of winning another world cup trophy.

Ghana were well and truly beaten by a more energetic and more motivated Malian side by 3 unanswered goals.

Malian young sensation Dieudonne Gbakle scored a cracker in between goals from Samassekou and Doumbia to bundle out favorites Ghana from the competition.

The defeat meant Ghana fail to reach the last eight of the competition for the first time in history.

”I would not blame the coach not at all. Yes I agree that maybe the changes could have have affected the team but it’s not the coaches fault,’ The Ebusua Dwarfs coach told Accra based Citi FM

‘There are times a teacher teaches a student in a class room only for him to go and fail in exams do you blame the teacher?’

‘I think they were beaten in all department and you can’t blame the coach for that.’
