The Musicians Union of Ghana (MUSIGA) wishes to send its warmest regards condolences to the families and friends of all those who lost their lives on Wednesday June 3 in the disaster that occurred at the Kwame Nkrumah Circle.
In a statement issued in Accra, MUSIGA said, ‘It is our fervent hope and prayer that the Almighty God offers you solace and comfort in these trying times in the face of this disastrous occurrence.
We know that many families have lost their breadwinners and that there are trying times ahead.’
It continued… ‘Although we cannot turn back the hands of time, we will urge all who have been affected by this calamity to remain strong and cherish the fond memories of their departed loved ones.
Indeed, these are trying times for our nation and we pray that the authorities will take the necessary measures to forestall any such occurrences in future.
It is our firmest conviction that the good Lord will grant them a perfect repose in His bosom.’
